Arroz Doce (Sweet Rice)

- one cup white rice, medium grain- 3.5-4 cups milk 2%- 0.5 cup brown sugar- 1 tbsp unsalted butter- peel from one lemon- 2 tsp cinnamon
Put the rice and sugar in a deep casserole, cover with milk. Let it cook until it gets soft. Mix the butter, the lemon peel and the rest of the milk and let it cook until it gets creamy. Take of the lemon peels, put in a serving dish and top with cinnamon.
It can be eaten warm or cold.
