Popovers

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/4 t. salt2 eggs1 cup milk1 T oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide batter into six popover cups. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, prick each popover to allow steam to escape. For crisper popovers, return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
