1 Medium head of Cauliflower/Broccoli12 Small/Medium cloves of garlic1 Medium onion1 large carrot1 green pepper1 Hot pepper (Jalepeno/Chili) or 1 TSP of hot pepper3 TBSP of oil1TBSP of salt2 TBSP of Tumeric1 TBSP of Curry1 tsp of Cumin
Use a large frying pan with lid. The prep time is simply in the chopping of vegetables. Chop up all vegetables into bite size pieces and mince the garlic. Add 1 TBSP of the oil and the onion and garlic to a pan. Fry for about 2-3 mins than add all your peppers and fry for another 2-3 mins. Then add all your spices, rest of the oil, and all the vegetables and stir well. Cover and let it fry for about 2-3 mins. Then add about .25 cups of water just enough to create some steam for the rest of the cook time. Cook until vegetables are tender with the lid on. Serve with bread/soup.
