Corn and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
Shrimp, raw, 24ozHunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 canCorn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Corn, canned, cream style, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers , 0.5 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 3 cansTC Instant Roux Mix, 1.5cups
Directions
Boil shrimp and sit aside.

In medium pot mix TC Instant Roux Mix with Chicken Broth as directed on package. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add additional ingredients and seasoning to taste. Stir well. Add shrimp. Return to heat and simmer on low for approximately 10 minutes. If soup thickens beyond that which is desired, add water and simmer to perfection.
