Banana Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Oat Bran 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil1/4 Splenda 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Skim Milk4 tablespoons Molasses4 tablespoons Honey2 very ripe small Bananas about 6 or 7 inches long
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Mash the bananas. Then mix in the egg whites, molasses, honey, milk, and oil . On the side mix the Oat bran and baking powder, then stir in the other mixture until well blended. Distribute evenly into muffin tins and bake for about 17 minutes at 425 degrees. Then let cool and enjoy. Makes 12 muffins at 133 cals per muffin.
