Peanut-Ginger Chicken (crockpot)

Ingredients
1 cup Salsa1/3 cup smooth peanutbutter2 Tbsp Orange Juice concentrate (undiluted)2 Tbsp Soya Sauce2 Tbsp Honey3 tsp grated ginger root1/2 tsp curry powder12 chicken thighs (no skin)
Directions
whisk together ingredients for sauce in crockpot; add chicken & toss to coat each piece; cover & cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or high heat for 2-1/2-3 hours, until chicken is tender & cooked-enjoy!
