Mom's Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
1 large pkg of mix frozen Broccoli, califlower, carrots.1 stick of I can't believe its butter light1 cup each of green and red sweet bell pepper cut into strips1 cup of sliced onion1 cup of frozen or fresh snow peas2 cups of shredded cabbage1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp of garlic powder
Directions
In a large skillet melt butter. Add all vegetables ( can use any veggie that you like) Sprinkle vegetables with black pepper and garlic. Place lid over skillet and stir every couple of mins. Cook until tender but not mushy.
