Fried Rice

White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Del Monte Sweet Peas no salt added, 0.5 cup (remove)Scrambled Egg, 1 large (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
cook the rice according to package. Let cool.
Put the oil and the onion in a wok pan and cook until onion is soft. Meanwhile, cut carrots into small pieces and steam along with peas. Add rice, carrots and peas in the wok and cook for 2 min. Add the soy sauce and cook for additional 2 min. Beat the egg with a little salt if desired. Fry the egg like a little omelet, then roll it up like a sausage and cut into little strands. Add to the fried rice. Serve!
