2 C water5 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. Olive oil1 Tbsp. honey2 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. Italian seasoning1 1/2 cups whole oats1/2 C instant oats1/2 C TVP1/2 C Pecan Meal (ground pecans)
Preheat oven to 375. Pour 2 cups of water into saucepan, and add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Italian seasoning, Onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir and bring to a boil. Slowly pour in whole oats and instant oats, and mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to keep from sticking. Stir in TVP and Pecan meal. Let mixture cool a bit before making patties. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray (may need 2) and using ice cream scoop, scoop onto sheet and form patties. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 10 patties
