Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil3 cloves garlic3 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup water1 cube chicken broth1 half chicken chest and wing diced1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced french beans1/2 cup chopped onion1 tbsp fresh ginger1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp sugar 1 tsp ajino moto1/3 tsp cinammon1/2 cup peanuts1 dash agar agar to thicken
Directions
Chop the onion, mince the garlic cloves and ginger, and dice the other veggies.
Ground the peanuts with a mortar or hammer.
Dice the chicken in little bits.
Warm a pan or wok with the peanuts in high fire.
Add the oil then the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add the chicken if not cooked, and the rest of the veggies.
Season with the chicken broth, cumin, pepper, etc.
Add the water and soy sauce to taste.
It's important to not overcook the veggies so that they stay crunchy, once you find the seasoning right cut the fire, and ready ^^
