Crock Pot Pulled Turkey Chops

Ingredients
8 Shady Brook boneless turkey breast chops1 cup onions, diced2 tablespoons EVOO3 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon chili powder4 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar3/4 cup Heinz no salt ketchup1 teaspoon black pepper3/4 cup water
Directions
Heat oil and saute onions until lightly brown. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Put chops + other ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. Shred chops with a fork. Serve hot on Joseph's lavish bread or pita pockets (not in nutritional info).
