Chicken soup- swanson's broth

Ingredients
1 pkg or 2 lbs chicken breast w/o skin 1c chopped celery 1c shredded or diced carrots 1/2 onion diced 1/2 tsp pepper 3 c chicken broth. use reduce sodium if possible 12c water . This is a great base recipe . You can add rice or noodles to this if you like.
Directions
Useing a large pan cover chicken breast with water. Heat on high til boiling reduce to simmer. cook 30 min. remove chicken reserve strained liquid. cool ( use 6-8 ice cubes to chill faster). Dice chicken, skim any fat from broth. Return broth,chicken, another 3 c hot water with bullion cubes or broth, and all diced or shredded vegies to pan. return to a boil. Lower to simmer for 1 to 2 hrs. You can reduce the sodium with low sodium bullion. Makes 12 servings
