low-cal and low-fat brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup hershey's special dark cocoa1 cup flour1 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt2 T. Smart Balance 50/50 butter blend-room temperature1 t. vanilla1 1/2 cups organic cane sugar2 egg whites3/4 cup applesauce2 oz. espresso
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8x8 pan.

Cream butter and sugar in large bowl with a mixer. Add egg whites, applesauce, espresso, walnuts and vanilla.

Mix all other in another bowl and add to wet ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX!!!

Bake for 30 -35 minutes.
