Turkey Stew

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1/2 cup chopped onions2 cups chopped turkey1/4 cup flour1 cup turkey or chicken broth1/2 cup chopped carrots2 tsp celery seed2 tsp salt-free herb seasoning1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Directions
Heat large skillet to medium heat.
Add olive oil and turn pan to coat
Add onions and cook until translucent.
Add turkey, salt, seaoning, celery seed and flour. Turn off heat.
Stir to coat turkey and onions with flour.
Add broth and stir.
Add carrots and turn heat on to medium.
Cover and simmer stirring occasionally until carrots are tender. Add mashed potatos to thicken the sauce. Serve over wild rice.
