Sarah's Fat Free Tzaziki

Ingredients
200 g fat free Greek yoghurt1 small cucumber peeled, with seeds removed and grated2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed or minced very finely1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
Directions
Makes 4 equal servings.

1 Peel cucumber, remove seeds and grate coarsely.

2. Peel and crush or mince very finely the garlic.

3. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
