Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 egg white1 large egg1/4 cup chopped onion1/3 cup cheddar cheese2 sausage links, chopped1/3 cup shredded hash brown potatoes1 tsp salt1 tsp peppercooking spray
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray (2 even sprays) and saute onion, potatoes and sausage. Mix egg white and egg with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook egg. When just about done, add cheese and stir.

Also works well with turkey sausage and 2 egg whites.
