Croque Madame

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough sandwich bread2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Fat-Free2 slices 90% fat free ham1 slice 2% deli-style Swiss cheese1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 large egg
Directions
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Once hot, butter one side of one of the sourdough bread slices and place in skillet butter-side down. On top of bread in skillet layer ham slices and cheese slice. On remaining piece of bread, spread 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard on one side and place Dijon-side down on top of ham and cheese. Spread remaining 1 tablespoon butter on top of the Dijon bread. Flip sandwich and cook on other side.

In another skillet, this one coated with nonstick cooking spray, crack 1 large egg and fry until desired doneness.

Remove Croque Madame from first skillet and place on serving plate. Top the sandwich with the fried egg.
