Low G.I. Chicken Enchiladas

1.5 cups shredded chicken breast3 oz. low-fat or fat free cream cheese1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar1 cup onion, chopped1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1 cup Picante Sauce (lowest sugar)1 cup Green Taco Sauce (lowest sugar)8 whole wheat low carb tortillas (lowest sugar)
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large skillet, cook onion until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken, cream cheese, picante sauce, chili powder, cumin, and cheddar cheese. Cook until well combined & cheese is melted.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch with cooking spray.
Using the torillas, wrap the chicken mixture & place in baking pan. Pour taco sauce over top & put in oven until heated through.
