Zesty Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
2 16 oz pkg hot flavor Jimmy Dean Sausage1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick)32 oz. (4-cups) shredded sharp cheddar2 tsp. minced garlic or sub with garlic salt same amount1 tsp. chilli powder2 tsp. cayenne pepper or use red pepper2 tsp. garlic powder - you wont miss if you use garlic salt1 tsp red pepper flakes
pre-heat oven to 375
combine all ingrediants in a large mixing bowl:
stir well
use 2 16 oz pkg sausage ( serving size is based on 2oz cooked showing 24 oz )
Form into 1 inch balls or smaller
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 18-20 min. (I perfer 24 min with my oven) until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool 5 min. before removing from pan. Serve with toothpicks
Makes 6-9 dozen
