Ingredients: 4 servings Ronzoni Smart Taste rotini*Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup (remove)Post Bran Flakes Cereal, 2 cup (1 serving) (remove)Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
preheat oven to 350

mix soup and yogurt together ina bowl. in a casserole dish or a 12x9 pan combine rice, 1 1/2 cup cheese, onions, salt and pepper (to taste), and soup mixture. Spread the mixture out in the casserole evenly. Crush cereal, sprinkle over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of flakes. Cover with foil (loosely, so cheese doesn't stick) and bake for 30 minutes.
