Chicken Gnocchi Cream Soup

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive oil or butter2 cloves garlic minced1 lb boneless skinless chicken cut to bite sized1/3 cup flour1/2 carrot shredded1 stalk celery chopped1/2 fresh spinach chopped2 1/2 cups Whole Milk1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream3 chicken bullion cubes1 cup waterGarlic powder to tastepepper and salt to taste1 16 oz package Gnocchi
Directions
On medium heat saute' garlic in olive oil and then add cut up chicken and cook throughout.
Add flour to chicken and stir until the flour is cooked into the chicken.
Add milk and cream.
Add veggies(can use frozen thawed spinach)
Add 3 bullion cubes(or use better than bullion paste as directed)
Add up to 1 cup water as needed to keep soup from being too thick.
Mix well and stir often. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add Gnocchi last and cook an additional 5 minutes on simmer.
