Holiday Broccoli Salad for a Crowd

18 C broccoli flowerettes, blanched, rinsed and cooled1 C dried cranberries (craisins)1 C chopped red onion1 pkg. 2.8 oz Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Pieces2/3 C Kraft 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar1 C Hellman's Real Mayonnaise1 C Hellman's Lowfat Mayonaise4 TBSP apple cider vinegar2 TBSP Ken's Steakhouse Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing2/3 C splenda
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute and immediately transfer to ice cold water. Drain and place broccoli in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise (low fat and regular), apple cider vinegar, vinaigrette dressing, splenda, dried cranberries, bacon pieces, onions, and shredded cheese. Stir well and pour over broccoli. Mix well and transfer mixture to a serving dish and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until ready to serve.
*Note* This dish is better if made a day ahead.
