330 Calorie Buffalo Chicken Strips

Ingredients
200g boneless, skinless chicken (cooked weight)1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon cayenne2 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce4 teaspoons margarine, melted1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
1. Sprinkle paprika and cayenne on raw chicken strips and bake, or pan fry until done.
2. In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce, margarine and garlic powder.
3. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in a fry pan and heat throughout. Heating gives the hot sauce a less raw flavor and helps crisp the chicken more giving the strips a yummy coating.
4. Eat.

Try serving with brown rice and broccoli.
