chicken with squash and tomatos

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast cut in chunks5 baby carrots sliced in strips1 summer zucchini1/4 chopped onion1 can hunts tomatos with basil, garlic, oreganosalt and peper to taste2 tbsp extra light olive oil
Directions
makes 2 large servings
saute raw veggies in olive oil, salt and pepper
add chicken, saute till done
add can of hunts tomatos and saute until liquid bubbles.
