Ingredients
6 Hard Boiled Eggs4 TBSP of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light8 Slices of Light Wheat BreadSalt to tastePepper to tasteCayenne Pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
Boil 6 large eggs
Mash and mix with butter
Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Toast bread and put egg salad mixture on bread
Feel free to top with onions and/or lettuce
Makes 4 sandwiches
