Homemade Waffles or Pancakes

Ingredients
3.5 cups white flour1 tsp salt2.5 cups 1% milk6 tsp baking powder4 egg yolks1 cup Canola Oil4 egg whites
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Add eggs, oil, and milk
Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into mixture.

Makes 28 pancakes or waffles (2 per serving)
