Dilly Salmon Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. pasta, cooked1 can (14.75 oz.) pink salmon, drained, bones and skin removed2 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered2 c. cucumber with peel, coarsely chopped1 medium red onion, thinly sliced1/2 c. olive oil1/3 c. lemon juice1/2 Tbsp. dill weed1 garlic clove, minced3/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
In large bowl, toss pasta, salmon and vegetables together. Combine oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well and pour over salad, tossing gently to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 6 2-cup servings.
