Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1" peices)2 tbsp Basil1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)3/4 cup Kraft Cramy Poppyseed Dressing2-3 garlic cloves, pressed1" piece fresh gingerroot2 cups white rice, cooked
Directions
Heat 10-12" skillet over med-high heat. Place cubed chicken in pan and let cook for 2 minutes. It will brown; stir and let sit another 30 seconds, repeat until no longer pink. Reduce heat and add basil and chopped nuts.
For dressing, in small bowl mix poppyseed dressing, garlic, and the juice from the gingerroot. To juice, shread it with a cheese grater and squeeze juice into bowl.
I pour about 1/3 of dressing mixture over the chicken. Serve hot with coocked rice, add dressing to taste.
