2 lb lean pork steaks1 20 oz can pineapple chunks (in unsweetened juice)1 28 oz can chop suey vegetables1 1/2 Tbs. corn starch3 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce1 packet Splenda (optional, to taste)A dash or two of sweet curryA dash or two of minced onions
Directions
Throw all ingredients in slow-cooker, cook on high for a few hours, or on low for 6-8.
