Ingredients
1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 16 oz Cream Cheese 1/4 c. Davinci Sugar Free Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla ExtractBeat all ingredients together until fluffy. Grease cupcake pan or use cupcake papers. Divide batter into 12 cupcakes.
Directions
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12 cheesecake cupcakes.

    This sounds delicious and although this isn't the best thing to add calorie wise but I bet it would taste great with a little bit of amaretto mixed into it. - 12/12/08
