Brocoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 12 oz pkg Rainbow salad mix or if can find brocolislaw1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped celery3 oz sunflower seeds3 oz slivered almonds1 pkg Ramen noodles (any flavor - Oriental is the best tasting for this)1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. Rice or White vinegar1/3 c. olive oil
Directions
Makes 6 regular size servings

Mix sugar, flavor packet, vinegar, and oil. Set aside. Break up the Ramen noodles.

Mix salad, celery, onion, sunflower seeds, almonds, and broken noodles. Pour liquid mixture over the salad and stir together, coating well. If you are traveling some where you can add the liquid mixture when you get to your party for a less soggy salad.
