Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats1/2 cup flour1/2 cups brown sugar packed1/2 cup chopped apricots1/2 cups raisins1/4 cup sliced almonds3 tbsp. unsweetened coconut1 tbsp. sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds1 tsp. cinnamonpinch salt1 lg. egg2 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. lemon zest1 tsp. vanilla1/4 cup oil1/4 cup corn syrup
Directions
350 oven. Mix all ingred. from oats to salt.Whisk other ingred. and pour over dry ingred. Stir to coat. Press into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15-20 min. Cool on rack.
Makes 48 1 x 2 bars.
