Made this for Super Bowl Sunday. I used my Slap Chopper and it made the perfect consistency to spread on Baked Fancy whole wheat crackers. It was a hit no leftovers - 2/17/11

I made this with plain yogurt and used it on a sandwich for lunch. It was interesting and probably better on crackers but a eating salmon and making it go that much further made it a reasonably priced treat. - 3/6/09

DH and I took this to the New Year's eve gathering for an appetizer. We retrieved the leftovers for bagel spread the next day. It is delectable with the cucumber and dill but is still delightful as a "schmear". I used Neufchatel (30% less fat than cream cheese) Omegas + healthy fat! with flavor! - 1/4/09

Made exactly as the recipe stated it seemed a little too lemony. I think I will add more salmon like someone suggested next time and leave out the zest. - 3/6/11
