Crust:1 box yellow cake mix1 1/2 tsp Ener-G egg replacer2 T water1 stick melted butterMix (best bet use hands) and press into 9x13 pan.Filling:1 package (8 oz) fat free cream cheese3 tsp Ener-G egg replacer1/4 cup water4 cups unsifted powdered sugar, reserve 2 T for toppingMix 3 minutes; pour over crust, bake for 35-40 minutes at 350. Check at 30 minutes; if brown, remove from oven.Add reserved powdered sugar for topping after cooling.
Makes 32 small pieces.
