Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Frozen Raspberries1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook till raspberries are tender and sauce is warm. For a thicker sauce add a bit of flour or cornstarch. For a creamier sauce add 1 -2 tbsp of vanilla yogurt at the end.

    This is exactly how I make my rasberry sauce for french toast, but I run the mix through a strainer to remove the seeds and thicken with a bit of cornstarch. Delicious! Next time I make it, I'm going to try Truvia to lower the calories even more! - 1/7/11

    This was simple and very tasty! I doubled the recipe and used a half cup of water instead of a 1/3. I used half the sugar and half Splenda to lower the calorie count. - 8/6/09
