6 oz. Ground Turkey Extra Lean1 16 oz. can Baked Beans1/2 cup Frozen sweet corn1 red bell pepper diced2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce2 Tbsp. KetchupDash of Franks red hot sauceGarlic salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to taste
1. Brown the Ground turkey until no longer pink.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and let simmer for 5-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or over a baked potato for a great dinner or lunch.
