Ingredients
6 tables spoons smart balance 50/50 butter1 cup sugar substitute1 egg2 tablespoons 2% milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour1/4 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup sugar fee preserve.
Directions
Beat butter and sugar substitute until well combined. Mix in egg, milk and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in combined flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Shape dough into 24 balls. Place balls on cookie sheet and press thumb deeply into the ball. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes. Cool cookies completely then fill depression with sugar free jam.
