1 cup dried bulgur (soak in boiling water and then squeeze out)1 cup olive oillemon juice (4 lemons)flat italian parsely chopped fineGrated carrot2 cucumberssalt to taste
Directions
add boiling water to bulgur and let set.
Squeeze out extra water when ready to add
finely chop 3 - 4 bunches of flat parsely
chop up scallions
grate carrots
salt to tase and add lemon juice.
