FRUCTOSE CAKE

Ingredients
5 eggs1 cup of yogurt1 cup of corn oil1 cup of fructose granulated1 tsp vanilla1tsp cinammon1cup of whole grain flour1 cup of almonds ground1 cup of oats ground
Directions
Separate yolk from white of 5 eggs in two different recipients.Add inside the yolks, i cup of yogurt 1,5% fat,1 cup of corn oil,1 cup of fructose granulated, 1 tsp vanilla powder,1/2 tsp cinammon powder and mix them together.You beat the egg whites until marenga adding some lemon drops to facilitate,and you mix them together with the rest ingredients.If you want you add inside some powdered dark chocolate (optional). You bake until ready.Test with a knife if knife comes clean cake is ready .
