Ingredients
2.25 cups fat free cottage cheesesplenda to taste1.5 cups fruit3 eggs and 3 egg whites1 cup 1% milk1.5 t cinnamon1.5 vanilla extract9 slices bread
Directions
whip cottage cheese, splenda and 3/4 cups of fruit until smooth or creamy. In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla. Take the bread and soak both sides in egg mixture. Grill bread until brown both sides. Place whipped fruit on top of toast. Place remaining fruit on top.
