Balsamic Honey Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast1/4-1/2 balsamic vinegar1 tbsp honey
Directions
Marinate chicken breast in balsamic vinegar 10 minutes to 1 hour prior to cooking. Broil five minutes, turn over, broil 3 minutes, top with honey and cook 2 more minutes. Remove and let sit 5 minutes.

    Delicious! I added Worcheshire and a dash of red wine vinegar cause this was a little sweet to me before, but after that, it tasted like Jack Daniels sauce from TGIFridays. I plan on making it again tonight! I Love it! - 4/13/10

    This was fantastic. I used the suggestion of adding garlic and thyme to the marinade and it turned out great! This will definitely go into our recipe rotation! - 4/18/08

    I cook this on a weekly basis and my family cant get enuff. The only difference in my recipe is that I use garlic & fresh thyme in my marinade. Thyme takes it to a whole 'nother level! A big hit at bbqz. heat the honey & pour it on the ckn when you take it off the grill, ur guests will go wild!! - 4/10/08
