chicken piccatta

Ingredients
2 chicken breast2 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup lemon juice2 oz. white wine1 tsp garlic2 tbsp capers1/2 cup waterparsley flakes
Directions
pound chicken so it's thin or cut into thin slices, cook in pan with 1/2 oil. when done put on plate and keep warm. Add lemon juice, wine, oil and 1/2 cup water, garlic. heat until boiling then decrease heat. Add chicken back in, add capers and sprinkle parsley. heat a few more minutes. Enjoy! you can put over pasta or couscous.
