2 lbs ground pork5 cups tomato sauce2 cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans2 packets of Taco SeasoningChili PowderCurry PowderGarlicSaltOptional: Shredded CheeseSour CreamCorn Chips**Make sure to double check all ingredients to ensure that the chili is gluten free**
Brown the ground pork in a pot on the stove with garlic, chili and curry powder to taste. Drain the fat and add all other ingredients to the pot, adding seasoning and spices as desired.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes or until the beans are fully cooked.
Makes 10 servings.
This chili also serves as great dip for corn chips.
