1/2 c melted butter (may use coconut oil)3/4 c honey1/2 tsp vanilla3/4 c peanut butter1/2t salt3 Tb carob powder3 c rolled oats, dry3/4c powered milk (may us protein powder)1/2 c raisins1/2 c walnuts or sunflower seeds
Directions
Mix well
Roll into two 12-in logs
Refrigerate
