* Beef, top sirloin, stir-fry cut, 354 grams * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Mushrooms, fresh, 5 small
1. Heat up olive oil in wok
2. Add beef and cook for 5 minutes
3. Add pressed garlic and chopped onion
4. Add your favorite spices -- I used a pinch of the following: tumeric, masala, kumin, cayenne and salt.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes
6. Add chopped celery, green pepper, and mushroom
7. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
