Microwave Toffee

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/4 cup water1 cup butterpinch of salt1/2 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
place butter, sugar, salt and water in microwave proof container, put in microwave for 8 - 11 minutes Do not stir. (watch carefully, it burns easy. Should be a golden brown)
While that is cooking butter a 9 inch round in a pan, place nuts on circle. Pour microwaved mixture over nuts, sprinkle on chips. Let set and then spread chips over the top. Put in fridge to cool for about 20 minutes. Break up into small pieces.
