Bacon and Vegetable Frittata

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 6 large Half and Half Cream, 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 small Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shreddedBacon, 6 medium slices, cooked (raw product) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sautee onions and mushrooms together. Pour off any liquid. Add chopped, seeded tomatoes. Beat eggs with half and half and pour into pan. Begin lifting edges as if making an omelet until most of the egg is set. Sprinkle top with cheese and put in oven to bake for 10-15 minutes.
