MAKES 24 PIECES
1. HEAT OVEN TO 350. GREASE 13X9 IN. PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY. IN A SMALL BOWL, STIR TOGETHER FLOURS, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT, AND CINNAMON, SET ASIDE.
2. IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT THE SUGARS, 1/2 CUP MARGARINE AND THE MOLASSES WITH A MIXER ON MED. SPEED UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. BEAT IN THE EGG. BEAT IN THE APPLESAUCE AND SOURCREAM. ON LOW SPEED GRADUALLY BEAT IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL WELL BLENDA. STIR IN 1/2 CUP WALNUTS. SPREAD INTO PAN.
3. BAKE 20-25 MINS. OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL COMPLETELY, ABOUT 1 HR.
4. IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT IN ALL THE FROSTING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT 1/4 C. WALNUTS, ON MED. SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. SPREAD THE FROSTING OVER BARS. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING WALNUTS. FOR BARS, CUT INTO 6 ROWS BY 4 ROWS. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.
