Ingredients
8 med Yukon Gold PotatoButtermilk, lowfat, .5 cup Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 0.5 tspGarlic, 3 cloves Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
peel potatoes, Cut into cubes and boil until fork tender. drain, add back to ther pan, and add remaining ingredients, blend with a hand mixer until smooth. 6 1 1/2 cup servings

    Delicious. Made with red potatoes with the skin on (nutrients!) and, used chives, and used garlic salt in place of fresh garlic since we were out. I was skeptical since I usually load my potatoes up with butter and cream cheese and even ranch dressing...but these were really good!! My toddler loved - 12/15/16
