grilled chicken pita pizza

Ingredients
1 whole wheat pita , 1 serving of ragu spagetti sauce or you can use prego roasted red peppers and garlic my favorite, 1oz of mozzarella cheese part skim milk,and then 3 oz of grilled chicken strips.1. take the whote wheat pita and lay it flat on your cutting board and make a small cut in the pita and then taking the paring knife cut all the way around the pita until you have to flat pieces and then lay them flat on the cutting board and then 2. take your spagetti sauce what ever kind you choose and then measure it and then take a spatula and spread the sauce evenly between the two pieces after you have done that 3. take your chickenad either dice it up or leave them like they are and spread over the sauce then4. spread the cheese over the chicken.5. preheat oven to 350 and then put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on ovens and then remove from oven making sure chicken is 160 or hotter and then serve . 6. the pita bread will cook in the oven like a pizza crust and will take on the appearance of slightly crunchy , hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
